We're alive, I promise

There's just so much going on and so little time to blog about it.  So for now, just know that we're with my family in Manassas and I'll post later about our road trip and all the pre-wedding fun.  Hopefully I'll have a chance to sit down and blog before Natalie's actual wedding, but don't count on it.

Happy summer!  (Because it really is summer here, unlike Provo.)

2 Wonderful Years!

Our anniversary was yesterday.  Unfortunately I had to work last night so we weren't able to do anything, so we're going out to dinner tonight to Los Hermanos.  And that's really all we have time for since we have to spend so much time packing and cleaning our apartment before we check out on Friday afternoon.

But it really has been a wonderful 2 years!  It's hard to believe it's been 2 years.  Sometimes it's hard to remember a time we weren't together, and other times it feels like just yesterday that we were at the temple, wearing white and holding hands at the altar.  We're still so in love and looking forward to many more years of loving life together.

This is us then:

And now:

Yes, we're awesome.

is a pain.

We are so excited to move but packing is taking forever!  It's pretty much taking over our whole apartment as well as all our time.

Oh well- we'll be heading out to Virginia in 4 days!

Contract- Sold! (And some trip planning)

I am happy to announce that our contract for our apartment has been sold!  This is so exciting for us because we were starting to get worried that we would have to pay rent here even after we were gone and paying rent somewhere else.  But that's not an issue anymore!  Yay!
So now that we have that taken care of, we're working on finalizing the details of our road trip to my parents' house in Northern VA.  Right now we're planning on spending a day in Arches, spending a day driving to and hiking in Black Canyon of the Gunnison, and then a 12 hour day driving to Omaha, another 12 hour day to Columbus (where we're hoping we can meet up with Aaron's brother who lives there, either that evening or the next morning), and then a shorter 7 hour day to Manassas.  It's a lot of driving, but at least we have 2 really fun days in there.

We're also working on packing up our apartment, since we're going to be checking out of our apartment in a week!  It's looking a lot emptier in here, with most of the pictures off the walls as well as a lot of stuff in boxes and already in a storage unit.  The problem is that now we're getting to the stuff we don't want to pack up until the last minute since we use them.  Like clothes and some bathroom and kitchen stuff.  It's exciting though, even though it's a lot of work getting ready to move.

OH!  In other news, Austin and Mariko had their baby on Monday!  His name is Harrison and I haven't met him yet (I will once we get to VA) but I've seen pictures and he is adorable!  I'm so excited for them!  So I now have 6 nephews, 2 nieces, and two on the way (gender unknown!).  Wow!

*Check out our countdowns on the right- everything is getting so close!*

Hoo Hung Woo

My poor father and twin brother have been murdered!

Ok not really, but we had a murder mystery dinner party with some friends last night and that's what happened in the game.

It took place in China.  We ate Chinese food and had a blast accusing each other of murder.  Turns out we all tried, but only Pen Ta-Gon was successful:

Here we all are:

And each couple:
Pen Ta-Gon and Ding Ling (Silver Bell)

Hao Dee-Doo and Wee Ping (Willow Blossom)

Hoo Ting (Jade Owl) and Hoo Li-Gan

General Shang Hai-Shek and Wu Pi (Joyous Flower)

We've done these several times during our time here in Provo and this was our last one since we are moving soon.  It's been great.

Someone buy our contract!

We are selling our apartment contract because we are moving soon!  Leaving Provo, leaving Utah!

We have a couple people who are interested in buying it but they haven't decided yet.  And we want to sell it ASAP.

So if you know anyone looking for an apartment in Provo for the summer (or longer) let them know about ours!

It's listed here:

The Kimblers come to Provo

Aaron's parents came out to Provo for Aaron's graduation!  We had a lot of fun hanging out with them, as well as Aaron's brother who is living in Provo right now.

Aaron graduated.
We played games.
We went to the zoo.
Where we saw a giraffe picking his nose with his tongue.
And did a lot of other things we didn't get pictures of.  But it was a really fun week.  Thanks for coming!

Product Review EDIT

Ok so I just have to update this and say that the more I use the Covergirl foundation, the more I am loving it!

That's all.

(I was given the products for free through BzzAgent.  But all opinions are my own and totally honest.)
