Life Lately

We've been spending a lot of time indoors lately.  The weather has been super weird, so it's just easier to stay home.  Plus, I don't have a car most days and I'm ready for spring.

Andrew is officially a walker now.  It's rare to see him on his hands and knees anymore.  It's been so fun to watch him waddle around as toddlers do.

About 2 months ago (just before his birthday I think), I discovered that Andrew had been chewing a bit on his crib rail.  Yikes!  So he spent a few nights in the pack and play while I whipped up these teething rail covers.  For the front piece, I used leftover fabric from his crib skirt (which still needs to be rehemmed and attached to the crib.  Oops.).  A pretty basic project, and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out!

We've had a few playdates with this cutie.  She's a little older than Andrew and might have motivated him to start walking more often.  They are so cute together :)

Aaron loves geocaching.  So one day we took a walk to the MARC Station.  Aaron found a tiny cache at the station while Andrew and I gave up and went to the library to warm up before the walk home.

Andrew and Aaron were both getting pretty shaggy so they both got haircuts recently.

And I realized that I haven't had a haircut since I looked like this:

So we'll be doing that soon.  I'm thinking of getting some bangs again?  And maybe having some fun with hair dye too :)

So that's what we've been up to lately!
